It is actually quicker for you to visit the billing company web site to cancel your membership, but if you would prefer we cancel your membership, please create a support ticket and we will take care of that for you.
NOTE: When filling out a ticket please provide as much information as possible so we can accurately identify your account. Items that are helpful include the Email address you used to sign up, your full name, your username, and the website you joined.
