If you are trying to select a username and get this error message you are most likely trying to use unauthorized characters (@#$_%#-*&=+!). Usernames should only have letters from the English alphabet (AaBbCcDdEe...) and/or numbers (0123456789). Also, it should be one word with no spaces. If you are using the correct characters and do not have any spaces try adjusting the length, as you may be violating a minimum or maximum number of characters rule set by the security system.
