A membership at any web site in the CJ XXX Network is for personal use only. Sharing the username and password is a violation of our terms and can result in your account being suspended.
Our security system is very good at catching logins that are being used by more than one IP and will immediately block its use. If you think your account information has been compromised, let us know and we will change your password.
There are some other reasons why you can get blocked for suspected sharing...
The most common is using a VPN or proxy service AND changing your location (IP) frequently. Some VPN services, particularly those that are free, automatically change your IP frequently. If you cannot turn this off you'll need to switch to a VPN or proxy that allows you to control this behavior. We will not disable our security to accommodate those using a VPN or proxy that changes IPs frequently.
It can also be caused by using the Tor Browser. If you are using the Tor Browser, please do not, or you will get blocked again.
Another possibility is If you are using an Apple device with iCloud+, Private Relay may be causing this behavior. You can ask Google how to turn Private Relay off.
Also, some security suites, like Norton, have "IP Shuffle" or "Dynamic IP" features that intentionally cycle your IP address every few minutes for privacy. If so, you can try turning it off to see if that solves the problem.
