I have been locked out for too many incorrect login attempts.
Our security system automatically blocks anyone who has 5 failed login attempts within a 10 minute period. A block will typically last for about one hour. However, additional attempts to login, after being blocked, will extend that time.
Please remember that logins are CAsE SeNsitIVe.
TIP - a great way to avoid accidentally entering your login incorrectly is to copy and paste it from the Email you received after signing up, or from a text file you create yourself.
