I am entering my login correctly, but it does not work. What am I doing wrong?
The number one reason members have difficulty with their login is they forget that logins are CaSe SenSiTive.
If you selected a login that uses mixed case, you must type it in with the exact same upper case and lower case letters you originally selected when joining. If you get it wrong, the login will fail.
TIP: a great way to avoid errors when entering your login is to copy and paste your username and password from a text file you have saved on your computer or mobile device.
