I'm not sure who billed me.
If you are not sure who the authorized billing agent is that you are billed through and would like to cancel or just have us look it up for you, please create a support ticket and we will be happy to provide you with that information.
When filling out a ticket please provide as much information as possible so we can accurately identify your account. Items that are helpful include the Email address you used to sign up, your full name, your username, and the website you joined.
